It's got more in common with a celica than an AE86 as far as the shape goes,so he's not that far off really.

Concept wise,who knows,I'll wait until they're actually in production and the final specs come out.

Who wants to place bets on whether we get a watered down version locally delivered or not? My money's on the negative. I reckon we'll only see grey imports of these.

Seeing as we don't get anything like the Hyundai Genesis coupe here and that TRD Australia has wound up I'd have to agree that we'll not get it delivered locally.

I guess it comes down to the designers and up to the manufacturers on what cars will actually sell or suit the market.

Of course we all would want a new silvia, but I think it's not realistic. They brought out the R35 althought it's not rwd

I was in a toyota dealership the other week and apparently these things are slated to come over here at the end of this year. they'll be around $50k,and badged as a celica.
