entertainment pack is very good value.

I bought xbox when they first came out... I love it... mainly for the fact I put a 30gb hard drive in mine and a chip. Hire games from the video store, copy them to my hard drive, & wallah, I can play them from there.


Its sweet as.. But I really need an 80gb drive, cause ive already filled the bitch. hahahha

I know a guy that will mod chip the xbox.

I dunno if he can do v2 box's yet thou...

I chipped it myself... Cost me $150 for the chip with shipping to my door.

If anyone wants an xbox chipped I will do it for them for $200. That is a chip that will work with either the old xbox's (v1) or the new xbox's (v1.1). You have to remember the following:

A chip in your xbox allows you to do heaps of shit including:

* Watch DVD's without the dvd remote (Requires software loaded on your xbox, I have it)
* Copy Games to your Hard Drive & Play them from there (xbox comes with 8gb drive so you would probably only get 1 game on there at a time)
* Put in a larger Hard Drive. (I currently have a 30gb in mine which holds about 8 games).
* Play backup copies of games (I am yet to be able to copy games cause I dont have a DVD burner. Although I may be able to get my hands on one and use it to roll off a few copies. In fact I know I can its just a matter of me doing it when i not busy at work).

i got a free xbox with my phone from strathfield, i swapped all my playstation gear for rallisport challenge and an extra controller.

keen to get a chip but cant afford it cause im moving in with snezy in 2 weeks........ less than a K from thornleigh maccas!!!
