I forgot to mention earlier.

I need to front the full amount 1 month prior to the event, which means I'm asking for payment in full now, rather than a deposit as it just means more chasing in a weeks time to get everyone paid up.

I'm waiting on payment details from motivation so i can pay the deposit and lock it all in so i'll ask then.

Oh, just to make my life easier, when everyone sends payments through can you please include your username as the payment description, or pm me the receipt information so i can confirm everyones payments.
