Actually, another option is a fig8 track day at Eastern Creek. That probably the next logical step up from the skidpan.

You guys should book the skid track which is right next to the skidpad- i went with the ceffie and initial drift and honestly most fun ive had with my car legally :)

They also run an irrigation system there so they usually do wet in the morning and it dries up in the arvo where you would have gotten accustomed to everything and really get into it-

I linked up the whole course very easily -very easy on the car and most corners can be taken in 2nd gear if you lack confidence but by the end of the day youll be revving out 3rd with youre hand out the window ;)
Awesome fun guys

We couldn't really hold a day where a CAMS licence is required as we don't have enough members who have this licence. I think this will rule out hillclimb, but means wakefield is a possibility

We'll make sure we arrange it to be 1 week before your car is running

guys, just like to say a major thanks for the day. im def. up for more track days. loved watching fly and the two ceffies do their thang! and that R32 is a sexy car. it just couldnt get sideways because the skid pan was too small for it :)

thanks to the north shore meetup crew for pointing out my tires were on backwards and to justin for swapping them around! that explains the lack of grip ive always had haha...

ps: team 1 you might've won on points but how did losing to a girl and a family car go for you all? haha kidding gotnos's lady was awesome behind that wheel!

justin your first run on the "vb challenge" was tops.

also it might be a symptom of a first-time slider but my ass felt like it was drifting left to right all the way home and in my sleep! it was like when you get off a boat...

You KNOW im in for Driftland. At least our club motto would actually mean something then.

Oh and thanks for the comment radism. Although my 'show-boatism' pwned me with the hand out the window saga.
