is the car a soarer,or a celsior?

your best bet would be to ring around the import wreckers and see who has an appropriate front cut,and see if you can get the radiator out of it.

SC400 radiators won't be the easiest to come by, but shouldn't be painful to find either - Your nearest Toyota dealer should be able to aquire one relatively easily.

At the beginning of the year, the top tank cracked on my radiator. Went down to Bill Buckle, we looked up the part number, and found that Lexus dealership in VIC had one available. Within a day, it was shipped up to Brookvale, where I went and picked it up. the next day, took it down to the local radiator repair shop to get it changed (DumHed and I were not too confident replacing it ourselves. Stupid clips!).

Otherwise, you can try to call around to some radiator places near to where you live, or as previously suggested, call around to a few wreckers..

yeah they have a special tool to bend the clips that hold the tank onto the core.
You don't want to have those coming undone! :)

you could get an aluminium core (i think thats what it is) basically a modified radiator similar to getting a front mount intercooler but for ur radiator, supposed to be lighter and more efficient.

might be the same price if the stock radiator is hard to find or is from an expensive car.

just another option, i wouldnt mind hearing more of these if anyone has them in their car.

stock radiators are usually aluminium these days... you can get fatter cores that fit on the standard tanks though.
