im pretty sure you just need to take it to someone who can tune the FC and get them to re-tune it, thats all |

You need FC datalogit on a laptop to unlock it. No biggy to fix. |

Yeah, some tuners take intellectual property rights a bit seriously, other's just don't trust the owners not to make mods and blow shit up and then blame them 
You can initialize the fc with the hand controller and it will also remove any locks i beleive |
