Hi people, I'm sorta new to the whole perofrmance car scene and was just wondering what would be the best performance mods on a budget of $5000 to $6000 to do on my s15 and any reputable workshops in Melbourne that you guys could recommend. How much power do you think I could get out of these mods.
I've already installed a K&N pod filter.

For 6K u should be able to get an exhaust, front mount and computer. Ive just put a similar thread up but Im up to the computer stage. Id say u should be able to make about 180 at the wheels with that, if not more.

yeh ur looking at 180-185rwkw, average moded car

Start with a high quality full exhaust (front pipe, high flow cat, cat back)

Then a good intercooler, and EBC. (electronic boost controller).

Thats the basic mods for a start, then you can think about making more power if/when you feel like it.
