nah anyway been seeing a grey/silver s15 silvia around.....doubt they are locals....an they got p plates (green but still u luck bastid)

anyway just wanta say gday to em if they are around here......im the guy in the white s13 with red p plates....hopefully green by end of week tho.....

its REALLY good to see a s15 driver willing to give a s13 driver a wave...not just a wave back but a wave first i wave to ne s13 s14 or s15s i see..makes me feel like a million bucks when they wave back

yeh I still remember like maybe 4 months ago now, guy in a black silvia was turning at the lights infront of me , gave me a nod.. I gave the nod back

my experiences with S15 are totally different.

i see another S13 Sil or 180 and its all chillin.
the usual wave or a nod.

with some s15 drivers they give you the

"HEHEHE YOU can't afford what i have" LOOK.
and it gives me the shits.
they even give you a smirk as if the 180 is a piece of shit.

just my 2cents.
oh well some big-headed pps just don't have the respect for others

Everytime I see a S15, S14, S13 or 180 I wave and or nod!

But I must say that there are a lot of "older people" driving some S15's and they just look at you puzzeled!!

Probably because they dont realise their "200sx" derived from S13s, S14s etc.

It really shits me when Silvia owners don't knbow anything about their cars. When I was shopping for my clutch on the Silvia, a local guy in a clutch workshop made the comment: "if its anything like my car" when referring to clutch installation.

Obviously had no idea they were identical under the panels. Therefore he didn't research the car before he bought it, probably just bought it for pose value. Wanker

Introducing the new regulations on buying any sort of sports cars:

1. You have to give it a bit at least once everytime you drive it (preferable much more)

2. You have to research the heritage and family of the car.

3. You must join a club related to the car with some sort of performance or technical focus.

4. For every rice mod, at least must be made in the area of performance.

5. No midlife crisis men (unless they are serious and can satify the above categories)

6. No one with a mullet.

from this day forth anyone found to be in violation of these rules shall be executed by way of intense pain and public humility!

lol i say you have to own an s13/180 for a min. of 2 year before you can progress to an s15 or so on..

and they should hand out a pamphlet with silvia etiquette when any s13/180/s14/s15 is purchased.. on how to ' deal ' with fellow owners when they are driving past..

step 1 : acknowledge the other car with either

a) nod
b) hand
c) turning on headlights

step 2 : appreciate and admire the other car

although your car may or may not be better, you still must appreciate the other car as after all, yours probebly looked like that at one stage of its life

if you fail to obide by these rules, the following penalties may occur

a) your photo will be posted on all service stations and you will be refused petrol
b) your bank account will be erased

these may seem harsh at first, but you will soon learn the correct code of the silvia heritage.

pps..........today i pulled up beside another parked s15 (what is it with these......i see em everywhere now........) and lo and behold gettting out was a 40ish man with NFI.......

i stop, say......nice silvia.......he goes........"thanks mate its a 200sx" then looks at the back of both our cars as he walks off and sees "silvia" on the back of both and looks confused obviousally NOT realising the heritage of his wonderful car..........idiot......i feel sorry for his car........being owned by someone who doesnt appreciate its heritage.........nah just kidding...
