Whats the go with installing an externaly venting BOV to an S14, i need to know how to make the valve stay shut at idle (so the AFM doesnt shit its self) yet open even at low boost cause i dont like the sound of my turbo rooting up.

is it just a matter of getting it just tight enough, or is there a trick with altering vacume hoses or computer chips.

what sort of BOV do you have .. ??
if its half decent .. you should be able to wind the top of it so it gets tigther hence more pressure to force it open .. or tighten it so it doesnt leak at idle.

most aftermarket BOV are adjustable.

the only thing you need to wory about with ATMO is when you set it too loose, you will get stalling and backfiring problem.

I personally prefer a plumb back but ATM i've got a full ATMO BLITZ.
its loud and sounds cool but i get the occasionl backfire and sometimes rev drops down to nearly stalling..

plubm back will solve this prob.
