Who's talking about insurance? I was referring to re-sale value, not payout ripoffs.
I'm the last person to talk to about insurance,I have more respect for parking cops and indians telemarketing to me than I do for insurance companies.

I bought my car when S2 WGNC34's were only just starting to come in,and even S1's weren't very common. so yeah,I got raped. at least I got more car than a guy I knew who paid $40k + for a S2 R33 GTS-t back in 2000...

most large cars you mean, right? small cars are holding,if not increasing their values atm. what you would have laughed at a year ago looks like a good idea for a daily driver now. hell,I even considered buying a sirion last month myself...

with fuel prices edging further and further skyward, the days of land barges are numbered.

They'res plenty of cars that can almost match the Hybrids fuel econo, and they're cheaper. Turbo Diesel is the way to go now.

But think about it. Diesel lasts longer than petrol. 2-3 times longer in most cars.

its because of the cheap imports, they were less common only having audm versions, but have a look at how many people are importing s15's now compared to a year ago... it's because there was a loophole in the system so the attempt to protect 'our own' market failed lol
