Im just wondering whether the GFB hybrid BOV is louder than the turbosmart type2.. so far ive been told it is, but just getting some more opponions. Also if it is, is it alot louder or...
Also would the hybrid stop the idling problem?
and is backfiring the popping sound from the exhaust??

When you valve releases that air goes out to atmosphere while you ECU things it is being re-circulated so it puts more fuel in then it should, this is what casues the black smoke and the pop out of you exahust, my hybrid GFB does not stop the poping 100% as it still releases a portion of air to atmosphere, but is better then a valve that does not circulate anything.

And yes backfire = pop out of you exhaust.

yeah it just means less backfires and stalling problem.
you won't eliminate it unless you go for a full plumb back. :D

or after market computer so u can get rid of the air flow meter
costly option for a bit of noise.
