blow off value? lol is that like finding the best food to fuel your fart? to get flutter, you use no blow off value at all - best value there is! |

haha.. well it has been covered a million times turbgti. there isnt a special type that flutters, most "blow off values" can be made to flutter. Just tighten your atmo BOV till you can hear it flutter when you release the throttle, or alternatively weld the hole up so there is no air coming out ^^ do a search on how it works |
