A guy sees president Bush and Colin Powell having a chat in bar. He goes up to them and says "its a great honour" and askeds what are they doing there. Bush replies, "We're preparing for WWIII". and the guy says "Really, whats going to happen?" Bush replies "We'll kill 140 million Iraqis and a blonde with big tits" The guy exclaimed, "A blonde with big tits? Why kill a blonde with big tits? Bush turns to Powell and says, "See, smart ass?! I told you no one would worry about the 140 million Iraqis!
