hey i went looking 4 a bigger turbo and a friend of mine saud that i should just hi flow my stock one on the CA18

What are you thoughts 8)

yap, dont mess around with the T25. It's too small.
get yourself a T28 (either from s14 or s15) and high flow that one.
unless you want to go higher, then something with a T4 front is always nice. :D

never forget the rest of the components in the car when upgrading your turbo ie. the fuel system, ecu etc.
