Can you explain to me how replacing the wastegate (what I read above implies that you haven't changed the amount of boost you run, only the exhaust gas flow management around the turbo) is good for 90rwkW? |

Id like to see a legit dyno graph with 210 plus on 10psi first. |

It made 197rwkw on 12psi at a silviansw dyno day at unigroup Running stock ecu, stock injectors, stock afm, and s15 jap T28 and a few other things http://members.iinet.net.au/~too_much_b ... 0_dyno.JPG It has been driven relatively hard. It easily holds 3rd gear slides on oran park nice work, didnt think a fairly standard SR20 could make that power on such lil boost, im pretty shocked i think i need to find myself a new tuner, Scottie at Insight seems to be a bit cautious and soft |

the secret to that tune is that it wasn't tuned The HKS cams are the biggest difference, as well as a bit of luck making everything work happily. Usually once you're pushing that much power the stock ECU's getting pretty far out of whack. |

Pushing the fuel system beyond its capabilities is always good for a bit of extra power as well |

I'm just annoyed that it didn't crack 200. It probably could have if I had a rising rate reg on it and run a touch more boost |

not much needed to crack the 200 mark thats a positive what cams do you guys recomend the most out of these 2 options 1. Greddy IN 256 10.5 EX 264 10.5 $890 2. HKS CamShaft (step1) IN and EX $720 (i think they will be 256 IN and 256 EX) |

neither. 264/264 if you are going cams in a redtop |

yeah the HKS step 1 cams are the most proven and common option - and on the S13 you're best off with the 264/264 set. |
