Confirmed: Oran Park Skidpan day 5th May 07

I've finally gotten around to posting up an EOI for this thing.

I've talked to Luffy again and he has dropped his price to $220 per head, 1 off super special deal on a Saturday but i need to make a commitment in less than a week. Lunch is no longer included.

So, I need a show of hands. To get this price i must fill 20 spots and i'm not going to commit if i don't get a fair show of support in the first few days as i'll be the guy who's making the deposit.

I'm aware that this is a $35 premium on our last skid pan day and i'm a little pissed about it myself. I'd also prefer to go to eastern creek, but unfortunately motivation only run events out of Oran. I have not been contacted by Automotion and so have given up on them for now.

So, show of hands. It's up to you guys whether this thing goes ahead or dies in the arse.

since i havent been to a skid pan day, what is luff putting down for us? such as the excercises we are going to be doing?

and what do we need to bring or have?

Oran is still a wet skidpan, they just have to run a water cart over it occasionally to keep it wet.

It will be much the same as our last day with 2 instructors on hand through out the day. It is modelled on motivations stage 2 package shown here http://www.ianluff.com.au/driving.asp?pageid=4

You just need to bring yourself and your car.

The circuits aren't confirmed yet, though i expect we will start with simple stuff and work up from there.
