im an engi student at usyd in my final year atm.. cant wait to get out and earn some real money..

I think you are in the same boat as alot of others recently. I know of several people who have had to make some harsh choices. One left his job and got one closer to home just so he could sell his 180sx and ride a push bike, the other started working 2 jobs and doing uni. I dunno how they can do it!

I almost had to sell my car to pay for my upcoming wedding.
I hardly drive it anymore anyway, but don't want to part with it.

I'd love to throw money at it and put lots of nice bits on the car, but I just can't afford it right now.

I do IT support and get paid ok money (I'm pushing for a payrise at the moment though) but most of my money goes towards wedding stuff and paying off debts.

And since my better half and I are planning on buying a house early next year I don't think anything's going to change in the car mods department. oh well.

Studying in Newcastle Uni and own an online e-commerce site plus some small businesses on the side. hoping to get my ferrari........ hur hur....

yeah im picking up a 3rd job so i can finish the fxxken silvia then start a trade after its finished one day

At the moment Im doing my HSC and working all day sat/sunday... Need more $$ desperately!!! Atm just waiting to get out of school, want to get into a trade or something.... Hopefully wont have to sell my baby!

Only reason I can afford all the crap on my car is by still living at home.

hmm .. ft student at tafe (kinda fuks me up from getting a decent job or enough shifts) - working once a week at telstra stadium selling alki to people in the bar. looking for a 2nd job to get the income rolling in to start throwing at my car and to pay off fines, rego, layby's. also government benefits kind of help. so if anyone is looking for a person to work for them then let me know i need a job as 1 shift a week isnt gonna do much and i need it asap.

If you want to do a trade like being a mechanic give us a yell we will be looking for 1st years near the end of the year

Well I'm a mechanic, Work on other peoples cars all day then mine most nites.

Me and the better half both own the car together so we both pay for it but liveing out of home, both going to tafe and trying to pay for a apartment the money don't go to far.
