I had this problem a few years ago when we i just got my car.

My dad fixed the problem by finding the adapter, and i didnt think it was too expensive, cos he also bought this little switch that fit into an empty spot in the dash, that controlled the antenna.

So when i listen to CD's the antenna aint up and stuff.

But since you have solved the problem, all i really trying to do is get my post numbers up.... :P

Anyone know what to do when you have run into this problem, except, out of moronic stupidity cut the end off the duel prong antenna plug, thinking it would then happily attatched to the single plug on an aftermarket CD? (2 years ago, about the most moronic thing i have done in the car. ever.)
