the 325 pads have a wear indicator comparded to the 284 and there is only about $3 difference, Maxistops maybe a cheap pad but they are good for street use

Justcrap probably couldn't be bothered looking it up on the computer.

Go to repco or something, or check out some sponsers on NS.com

I have stock S13 SR20 brakes and have been running Ferodo DS-2500's for 1.5 years+ in the front. I have done 30,000 kms approx and about 8 trackdays and they have plenty of meat left. The rears were standard Nissan pads for over a year of this but I changed them to Ferodo XL's not long ago just for the hell of it.....

They squeeled a bit for the first 6 months but the bite with even light pedal is something you will never get with Bendix..... the fronts cost me $239 inc GST delivered.

I would never use any other brake pads in my car.....unless Ferodo went out of business. :-?

For brake fluid, get some Motul RBF-600 - 1.5 years old and going strong. :D

I just put EBC greenstuff in my 4pots. I used to run ultimates, and to tell the truth i can't really notice any difference. Although i don't do much hard braking/track so i'm not overly testing the pads.

I paid about $180 for the EBCs from memory, don't know what retail is.

Just adding for archiving purposes.

I threw in some racebrake rb74 (db1170 or db1199) front pads in the four pots and gave them a good run at the drift prac last weekend. They pulled up very nice, and had a very consistent feel with no fade.

They do squeal a bit for daily light braking, but don't throw too much dust.

If you mention your with a car related forum you get 10% off. So for $150 definitely a good buy.

The above link shows no Ultimate pads for any S13, 14 or 15 from what I can see.

I have RDA slotted rotors I want to get fitted, I'm just having problems choosing brakes.

Its standard calipers on an SR20 S13.
