Use 10W40 or 10W30

20W50 is for 70's engines and tractors.

any decent quality oil of the right weight, changed regularly, will work fine

Yeah, i've been running 5w30 for a while now in my sr and previously in my rb25.

I think the genuine nissan stuff is 7.5w30 or 40 from memory so anything around that is fine.

i use anglomoil roadmaster 500. 10w40
recommended by donny from SRNRG for sr20.

great stuff. full synthetic. and helped with my timing chain rattle. IMO its better then royal purple, turbolite, nulon street track spec.

ended up buying a 20L drum.

if anyone wants to give it a go will sell 4L for $40.

mobile1 semi syn 10-40 about $30 a bottle from supercheap

use it in my CA18de after 2 engine flush with Castrol 20-50 or something with no ENGINE FLUSH fluids involved

i found my engine flush was a very good idea, at 3600km the engine oil was a dark oil colour instead of complete black were it would normally be already about the first 1500km

I recommend Mobil 1 10W30 EP (extended performance) full synthetic or 10W40 for higher km SRs.

Best prices in Sydney (and friendly service) at http://www.gllubricants.com/
