check the pulsar forums :P

if you want the CORRECT way to diagnose. it should have a compliance plate or a low volume import plate on it. it will be under the bonnet in the engine bay somewhere

I've owned 4 pulsars now :)

From memory the jap spec 1994 onwards n14 sss has

4 fog lights
the standard wheels have little circles in the centre caps
leather shifter surround
leather steering wheel
electric windows all around
a sunroof (optional)
plastic wheel arch moulds
side skirts
rear bar sits a tiny bit lower to match side skirts and is factory trimmed black on the bottom
the spoiler has a brake light in it
the seats are black and grey trimmed (same as GTIR seats)

It won't have a compliance plate because it was locally delivered. Before 1994 the N14's were made in Australia, after which Nissan started importing the Japanese variant which had dozens of little differences (listed above)
