I'm after my next S12 project car. I'm in no hurry to get it, and I'm after a somewhat specific car.

It MUST be an SGL coupe and PREFERABLY it will have:
Manual (clean autos are acceptable though, a conversion is easy enough to do)
Power windows
Power steer
Sunroof
Cruise
AC (doesn't have to work, as long as it's there)
Clean inside, don't want anything too ratty on the inside at all!
Pretty clean outside, I don't expect a mid 80s car to be super clean on the outside. Basically as long as there isn't extensive rust or panel damage it's ok.
IRS (good live axle examples are acceptable though, would just prefer an IRS)
Running well (I'm keeping he CA20E), but a really nice shell with a blown motor is still acceptable for example.
In NSW, say 200km from Newcastle.

I don't care about the colour, blue or brown interior doesn't matter, it's likely the car will be resprayed anyways.
That's about it! Offer up whatever you find around the place!
