Yeah, heaps of 180SX and Silvias have popped up recently. I guess cos they're now becoming a decent price many people buying their first car can afford them.

What car are you driving now?

Yeah they are getting very affordable now ..

Im in a s3 rx7.. got a bit of work done and daily scares the shit out of me :) I sure do miss the safe feeling of rack and pinion steering !! Just need to decide if im going to commit to this car and get it up to scratch or do i sell on now and start acting my age haha

I've also seen many 1994-95 180SX's with type-x on them. I think it might have something to do with the blacktop motor maybe, to differentiate it from the redtop 180SX's.

The round tail lights could have just been a facelift for the model, but given that its that feature that everyone see's as the major change (as its visible, rather than under the bonnet) that everyone thinks of the round tail lights whenever they read "Type-X".

Then again, I could be completely wrong..... :D
