How much braking do the rear brakes actually do?
Like for instance if u just changed rear what difference would it make?

The front brakes do most of the braking
so upgrading the back brakes can be dangerous if you lock up you dont have as much control over the car i used to have a mazda that i set up the brakes to work better on the back instead of the front great fun on a dirt road but dangerous stuff unless you know how to handle a car
i have done my race and rally cams licence so i know how to handle a car in any state to try rear wheel braking just try using your hand brake and you will find out what it is like
