yes thats about right. Sorry Ark most people in my country put our chopstick across the top. I know its better to have a plate or something like that across it but its the way, as most of the times in the old times they would have it at the workplace outside or something like that, so u didnt have the luxury to have a plate around.

The egg and other stuff is because the noodles dont contain enough nurtients, so u have to put some extras to balance everything out.
