My brother and i were driving in his Pulsar GTI-R and saw a dark green VR Commodore, riding everyone's tail, zig zagging all over, so we get behind and follow... His number plate "FRY-383", and the sound of the thing gave us both the impression it no longer contained a 3.8L V6...

We get to set set of lights where there's a 2 lane right turn bay to get onto Newbridge/Canterbury Road. We both take off reasonably hard on green but due to the corner, you can't take it too hard too soon. Once both in a straight line we pull away slightly in 2nd then about 1/2 a car length in both 3rd and 4th. We hit the brakes about 2 full cars in front and he does the standard commo flyby.....

The next set is a dead straight line, he's doesn't look happy, but still won't look at our car, he revs and revs. Anyhow, my brother launches at about 5000rpm and spins his 4wd through 1st and 2nd, we lead this guy by about 8 car lengths.... The only way we knew he was still trying, was by the 1st gear wheelspin we were hearing as we were hitting 70 kph!

His car had some pretty big balls, but he was a clown, riding the bumpers of sunday drivers, cutting in and out of traffic.... and then when he gets his shot, he can't take his L like a man...

Oh well I guess that's Commodore drivers....

yes - be proud of beating a commodore, not that it happens every day or anything :D

I was behind a Commodore VK V8 who had a sticker on the back saying "Only milk and juice comes in 2 litres". Next lights i was next to him he smiled and motioned to the sticker. Shoulda seen his face after the flyby hehehe 8)

One problem I realised with that comment is that bogans like goon (if they're driving an old Dunnydore they already have a track record of preferring cheap and nasty), so they might interpret it as a compliment.
