Koenigsegg (yes I had to look up the spelling)!
Such an awesome piece of motoring... if you're a Top Gear fan you will have seen the original(?) version of this car send The Stig flying off their test track (and trying to consume a tyre!)
As such, one of the factory options is a 'Top Gear' wing - to give more downforce at the rear.

Fucking loved these. plus the MC hammer, ac couple, bently phantom, maserati's. topgear is my favorite show of all timme.
