I'm partial to exa turbos.. but realistically haven't you traded your rims for a $1000 debt (greenslip, blueslip, rego) + whatever you need to do to get it running? .. says the guy who has a gazelle ;)

ill get it running cheap, the fuel pump isnt pumping, i have a spare S15 pump, but it appears to be a wiring problem as there isnt 12v at the pump

yeah it will get rego in another state once its running so rego wont be all that bad for me. insurance should be $500ish for 3rd party

doesn't sound too tragic then... the question still remains - did you get it purely to skidpan it against splashmans starlet thing? :) - whyyyyyy! again, says the guy with the gazelle who is more jealous than anything else, especially about the rego in another state thing.

i reckon you would have been better off taking the wheels to a metal recyclers and getting the cash based on weight

I agree. you're going to regret buying that.
be VERY careful with the gearbox. you won't get another if you break it.

if you wanted a silly, old 80's FWD car for a daily,I could have gotten you something that looked a lot better, and actually has some go,AND reliability.

i should mention that its got a new gearbox and motor in it, the gearbox is tight and not much play at all.
