and you can cut sik burnouts in a dyna!!! :P

seriously though, if you want to be fast, but un-involved,go buy an evo. if you want to use a bit of your skill, feel what's going on,and be involved in the decision-making processes of driving,go with FR.

if you drive a pulsar now and enjoy that,an evo is a natural progression.

i've driven evo 7 few times before and i have the same impression as Justin.

the performance and handling of the car is far superior and its mostly sorted by the computer so you left with very little control over the car.

it’s like it was built to achieve a purpose without any passion for driving.

agreed. but still fun to give a squirt and dip into corners thats for sure.

ill share this bit of unfortunateness with you though:
if you ever (hopefully not) go into a high speed uncontrolled slide, dont step on the brakes. just give it more coz that computer will straighten you out.

i was front passenger in my mates evo6 when this happened in a bendy high-traffic mountain road during the day and lets just say its not an experience id wish on others and we both learnt alot from it.
its a wonder how no-one was hurt. just the car. they're tough cars but in this instance it took a severe pounding seeing as it was a tight one lane in both directions and there was dirt road, rocks and cliff face our side of the road which we somehow stayed on.

Glad to hear you're keeping it off the streets :)

Any idea what times you were doing at wakefield?

You're not doing terribly then, I ran faster than an evo 6 there on saturday, (i also ran a 1:15) so it would be interesting to meet you at one of the autosports/circuit club days to mix it up :)
