Hey guys, planning to buy a friend a HID kit for his evo 8 as a present. But dont know the size lights of the evo8, i have tried to google it and came up with:

High & low beam headlamp
9007
9007SU Silverstar ULTRA for Ultra Night Vision - The Whitest and Brightest Halogen
9007ST Silverstar High Performance Lighting: The Whiter and Brighter Halogen
9007XV XtraVision Halogen Upgrade: Up to 20% Brighter
9007CB Cool Blue Halogen Upgrade: White Hot; Super Cool; 100% Street Legal
9007LL Long Life Halogen Upgrade: Lasts 3x longer

So im assuming it is size "9007". I know this is a long shot but can anybody who have previously owned an evo, or really know their cars confirm this. Greatly Appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Tony..

Surely there's an EVO/Mitsubishi forum you can ask?

suppose you could always try out www.ozevo.com

or unless i ask one of my mates first..

good luck with the search

EDIT: after some digging around (as i'm bored at uni) i've found that the evo 8's use HB4 (9006) bulbs for the lows
