It's not that we get upset when you turbo/jap import/rotary/straight or vee six guys get talking it's just that we don't care. We've seen the top of the mountian and can't go back now.

By the way i prefer an RB26dett as my starter motor as it produces reasonable spark and is light weight enough to remove and carry around in one's pocket with ease.

I seem to remember about the early eighties with Mr Skyline kicking everyone off the mountain...

Well I am just going to continue to sit on the fence for this one

My only car choice is between a V8 (Supercharged would be nice) or a Turbo 4 or 6 (Twin would be nice).

I seem to remember this fact too, They had to BAN sklines around the mountian COS THEY WERE JUST TOO QUICK and the V8's could in no way match the performance of the R32 hmmmmmmmm Id like to get an R34 on the track against any V8 you could think of, I dont care if its 1100kw it still wont get even close to a GTR around the track.
Thats my input!

Yep fully with you guys on the Skyline issue, however previous to that Nissan had not been very successful up there with the Bluebirds and what not, although i seem to remember one of these holdin the lap record.

BTW XR if you have "seen the top of the mountain" and dont care what we ahve to say why the fuck are you on the site dedicated to imports?????

Yeah... well snezy will be happy to know that I have talked my g/f into a second car option (alongside the Mirage she wants), she doesn't mind a rotary turbo

Thinking of getting her a Capella (referred to as a "Scotty car" - long story) with a 12B ported rotary turbo  Cost about $5000 with all the work done

OK.....

1) As Henry Ford said, it's dangerous to drive fast around corners and only idiots would do it ....

2) I think this particular forum is for OTHER CARS... It doesntt say anywhere that it is for IMPORT CARS!... so SHUT UP, we can talk v8's if we want to.
