Henry Ford couldn't drive for shit...
Oh, and the LeMans 4 rotor was a 13G, same rotor housings and rotors as 13B, but 4 of 'em.. and a new eccentric (crank) shaft..

The 787B had an engine designated the 'R26B', apparently it was indeed based on the 13B but had enough major changes to warant a new engine code.
