I think it's better looking than any other models since 2000. Subaru picked up an ex-Alfa designer a couple of years back so it was only a matter of time until it filtered down. That particular front end reminds me a lot of a concept car that Subaru put together a year or so ago that had a twin-turbo version of the 3.0 H6 motor and RX8 style rear suicide doors. Can't tell you what it was called though but it seemed like a good idea, Subaru should really do something with that engine (if they haven't already), maybe put it in a Liberty.

at first I didnt like the look
but it grows on you.

I don't mind it at all, but notice how all those pics are focussing on the rear which is less controversial.

hey guys, i own a my99 wrx, have owned it for about a year now.

the new rex, some people dont like it, it is different, the lead designer has come over from alfa, and i think he has changed it to much.

its not overally bad, i'd have one, but it looks to much like a family sedan now. instead of a sports car.

the model after this should hopefully look a bit better =)

but nothing will ever look as good as the classics
