ok, the minimum operating temp I've seen is 78, and it sits at 78 almost all the time.

The highest I've seen ever has been 82, which was after much fairly low speed redline action :)

it's the readout from the PFC :)

It's funny watching that compared to the stock gauge - which reads half way from 55° and up :)

My temps sit smack on 62 driving and 69-70 in heavy traffic its weird. Must be some of the CA trying to shine through, weird engine that was.

Anyhow I have worked out the piping pretty much copied james' but with an extra silicon join on the cross over pipe.

My after market gauge normally hasn't moved until the factory guage is showing normal operating temp :)

But my temps fluctuate between 75 and 95, higher if i get stuck in traffic on a hot day, stupid thermos. Need to make a shroud and see if it helps and increase my radiator size.

It all happened today, the cooler mounting was easy involved a bit of bumper support cutting but thats okay, the piping ended up much like james' but I went straight over and removed the washer bottle, fitted an S13 bottle underneath works okay.

There is a bit of piping in it but driving it you can't tell it just as responsive now on 10psi as it was stock so he is pretty happy with it.
