Pull the wastegate hose off 8) Then you will have unlimited boost controlled by the best boost controller ever - your right foot.

Sorry man.

If you really want to increase boost without using a boost controller, you can get actuators that are set for higher boost levels. I think you can get these from BD4s but you'll probably find a bleed valve will be cheaper. Otherwise you can modify your exisiting actuator by filling in the hole and making a new, smaller hole. (No idea how you would do this though, best to ask someone more technical)

getting a bleed valve is the cheapest
unless u know how to do it using an aquatic solenoid valve

The little pill in the positive pressure line should increase boost a bit, me with pod, cat back exhaust and that little pill get like 0.8 bar (or something like 10-11psi for the pound ppl) :)

the easiest way to do it without increasing boost spikes, etc is to connect a light spring up to the wastegate actuator to add a bit of tension. You need to do it carefully and will have to play around a bit, but it'll give far better boost control than any dodgy bleed mods.
Basically it gives the same result as changing to a stiffer actuator.

I've got a GFB atomic boost controller and I'm not impressed with it, same with another guy on the forum. It gives more boost in first gear.

Turbosmart was better although it spiked out about 1 psi on two throttle
applications.

Check out the post in Technical "boost issues with GFb bleed valve"

I have been happy with my GFB bleed valve so far, except for how the pipes are connected leading to vacumm leak at any boost setting over 10psi :( (but that shall be resolved soon, wont it DumHed ?)

No he is just a Nerd :P
And Mic is the exhaust cat back or turbo back.
Maybe the diff exhaust brands might be the reason for less boost.
You car looks hot too, I knew it was you as soon as I seen that wing 8)

hehe shut it you!

I ran my car for a fair while with the actuator completely disconnected, and a seat slider return spring in its place.
Worked really well, giving about 8psi max, and the boost response was very gradual (perfect for testing the new engine setup)

LOL. Dont listen to FASTSX... he doesnt know how to install a boost controller  :P But seriously there is nothing wrong with GFB controllers.
