Hey guys
The old faithful might have to be sold out of the family during the move of which i am very sad about, however i have decided that RWD is the way to go and having experience with a few SRs id like to keep it that way as if something goes wrong i know how to fix most things,

Anyways, my question the 180 owners (especially the later model ones ie. 96 and up) is what sort of problems you have encountered and do you consider them a fun car to drive around, ie in comfort levels and also performance at a close to stock level (i realise many have exhausts etc when they are imported) also what are they like on the handling aspect and reliability side? Sorry if these questions have been asked before just want to know my options and experiences from cuurent owners!
Thanks guys

Karl :)

I own a Stocker 97 model

They are a fine car to drive.....farily fun but still fairly tame.

The handling i dont know about because it is modified on mine (the only mod it has got)

but it will still take out most cars on the road.....

and they look hot

In almost 3 years that i've owned my 94 180 I've had very few problems. The main problems seem to be turbo/exhaust gaskets leaking which are pretty cheap to replace, AFMs getting dirty/dying, o2 sensor dying, crank angle sensor & coil packs.

Handling is ok stock, with a bit of roll, but with aftermarket suspension they can be made to handle very well.

Performance is very good for a stock car. Probably similar performance to an s14 200sx or slightly faster even?

Comfort.. alot of people bitch about the seats but I find them quite comfortable.

All in all very fun cars to drive.
