Few Comments:

That turbo is rubbish. If you want a decent turbo you have to pay decent money. I'm talking 2000-2500 region, not 600-800 or whatever that turbo is worth.
If I was looking for the sort of power you say you want, I'd be looking at a garrett 3071.
That wastegate is rubbish too. Stick to a known brand like Tial

The injectors won't fit a RWD SR20. They will need to buy side-feed injectors. I recommend Nismo 740cc's

I'd recommend getting a BOV that can be vented back to the intake. It might help keep the cops off your back a tiny bit when they pop your bonnet

Changing your intake manifold is a waste of money. Ditch it

Don't get a thermo. Stick with the factory fan. They work very well

You will need a Z32 Air Flow Meter

Also if you want to make any decent power, you will need to add cams to your list

Ok based on your adivse now have the following parts in my wish list.

* Z32 Air Flow Meter
* Turbosmart BOV
* Tial 44m Wastegate
* HKS Adjustable Cam Gears
* Brian Crower Stage 3 Cams
* Brain Crower Valve Spring/Retainter Kit

What kind of gauges would i need or would the hand controller from the Power Fc be enough?
Also can you recomend a good place to get the garrett 3071?

Are you rebuilding the internal of the motor? If not, then those cams will be too big for your requirements as they will need massive RPM to work well.

Step 1 cams will be fine. Adjustable cam gears aren't a necessity

You don't like the idea of injectors that actually fit?

There are plenty of places to get a 3071. GCG, Horsepowerinabox. Plenty of others

It definately can't hurt to buy guages. I'd be looking at some decent quality jap ones. Even secondhand would be fine.

Apoliges forgot to mention that i added the Nismo Injectors as well.

Stage 3 cams will be replaced by HKS Stage 1/2 Cams, although not to sure in what durations though (256, 263, or 272).
* Dual Stage Electorinc Boost Contoller/Turbo Timer
* Will get new DBA Dics, and Other Gauges Through my account with rocket industires.
* Boch Fuel Pump 040

Is MDU an ok brand for suspension?

As for your fuel pump selection, should you decide that you must have 600HP as stated you will require a fuel pump that flows more fuel than a Bosch 040. It may be money well spent looking into a fuel swirl pot in addition to a Bosch 044 internally mounted, aw well as an external 'helper' pump.

So far there has been no mention of a $10-15,000 bottom end rebuild, so I assume you are looking at leaving the bottom end standard.

Since that is the case, the I'd certainly be limiting your power goals to 400hp or less

like TMB said you will need to rebuild the bottom end for that figure your chasing... it takes alot of work and balance to get the power figure your asking for...and alos most will agree with me, is that you will experience a great amount of lag..

Ok lets assume you are chasing a realistic figure of 240-250rwkw. This is really as much as you would want to make without rebuilding the bottom end. Also over 250rwkw gets exponentially more expensive and that much power is useless on the street anyway.
This is what I'd do for 240-250rwkw

Gt2871rs-52t garrett turbo (or equivalent, including trust T518Z)
tubular manifold (china stainless is fine)
Step 1 cams (264/264 or thereabouts) + rocker Stoppers
740cc nismo injectors
z32 afm
powerfc or nistune daughterboard
3in turboback exhaust
some type of decent intercooler
040 fuel pump
EBC of some description (Blitz ID3 is my pick)

That stuff i've quoted is purely to make the power you need. You will also need to consider the bits to prevent the engine overheating, and prevent you crashing off cliffs and into other hard objects

If you wanna go cheap, then get driftteks as a minimum.

Otherwise only look at Japanese brands like Rays, Work, Weds, Volk, SSR, Enkei

They cost more but are definately worth it
