When does it happen?
Cutch in / clutch out / both?
Driving in a particular gear?
While the car is stopped?

It could be the diff, or possibly the tailshaft carrier bearing. Maybe you've just got a loud fuel pump :p

Its like whirring/humming noise when out of gear while slowing/braking and coming to a stop.

Input shaft bearings are often noisy in Nissan boxes in my experience. It does about nothing to the performance of anything. I think all my Nissans (two S13s, two S12s) have had the noise and I've just ignored it. I've heard (friend of a friend's mate haha) that even after gearbox rebuilds the noise comes back relatively quickly.

I noticed i had that winy noise in all the 3 silvias I've driven. However my 180 is the noisiest.

I also have noises on neutral with clutch off.
