hey guys

Its been a long time since ive been on here, but i thought i would let you know how things are going.

After a long pause (2 years) ive finally decided to get the project up and going. Car is booked in next month for build and tune.

Mods will be:

GT28RS - .86 rear
Full 3 inch exhaust with twin cannon rear
Nismo 550cc
Larger fuel pump
Step one cams with possible Cam gears
Front mount
HKS ssq - plump back
Apexi Power FC + hand controller
Apexi AVC-R
Apexi pod with custom intake pipe.
Z32 AFM
Larger Radiator

Once tuned it goes to panel beater to get full vertex kit fitted and holes shaved as i have removed Rear window wiper, sprayer, aerial and brake light from boot. Also rear guards rolled and pumped. With full respray in turismo blue.

As for interior i just went type x.

Thanks guys. Ill update as things progress.

taking out the high mount brake light makes rego harder. it's required.

high mount stop lights are an adr, from a certain date. whether they pay attention to that and then fail you for a brake light being missing or not depends on how cluey they are really.

9 times out of 10 you'll get away with it,but if someon e wants to be a prick, and knows the rules well, you'll get failed.

Ah ok, thanks for the advise mate.

Being young and stupid i might just risk it.

Would a solution if they do find the light missing, to place a light in the rear window?

hey guys,

just an update, pick the car up tomorrow from unigroup.

everything has went to plan, car is making around the 220rwkw mark i think, was having trouble with the actuator holding boost above 16psi. Apparently from what they said it is making some very good torque. will know more tomorrow.

unfortunately i wont get a drive, as it is straight to the spray painter once i pick it up.

pics 2 come soon.

Mitch
