The Type S 180 would probably go better than the R33 GTS. The lighter weight is your friend in an S13.

So true,

I will be sure to let everyone know what i end up buying tommorow

Weather it be the nice luxery and mega sexy new age looking 96 spec s

or the older 91-95 model turbo drift beast

Aslong as i can get the spec s sideways in the wet then ill be happy with that for a 1st car.

I have an olympus digital camera so there will be plenty-o-photos for everyone to look 8)

Thanks guys,

Pray to the silvia/180 gods that i get a gem and not a lemon

Will keep yous posted

make sure you get a good warranty!! even pay extra for an extended one, or try to bargain the guy to chuck in the extra warranty for free.

let us know how you get on!

where are you getting it from?

Dont worry im only getting if it has atleat a 12month warranty.

Ive woken up more on the 'i want power' side this morning, we'll see what happens i guess ... I am going to check out some more import places today with my dad as a second opinion.

Two sets of eyes and brains are better than one!

The spec S is at millenium imports, but its starting to sound more dodgy that car the more i think about it :x

Now that i think about it, im not sure if he said it was rwc or not

Hmm, havta look around and see what else i can find.

Get back to yous when i get home,

Also,

Seeing its my first car,

What happens when i buy from a dealership?

Do we sit there for an hour while they file the paperwork then i can drive away with the car, or do i have to pick the car up later on once its all processed.. I CANT WAIT ANY LONGER !!! AHHH !! lol

I want my sex on wheels now

180SEX here i come

Are you serious? :o

In the wet:
* I have seen stock standard 202 (ci - they are a straight six) holden utes not only sideways, but fishy up streets, only stoppping when told to.

* I myself have had a Datsun 120Y sideways and i do mean powersliding, not just 'losing the arse for a second'.

* I have been in a FRONT WHEEL DRIVE mazda mini panelvan thing FISHYING up the street (uterly amazing - this guy can drive).

* I should shut-up now, you get my point right? One more: My mrs (who will not let me teach her the art of handling a car sideways ) sr20de is often 'skipping' out sideways in the wet. If she was to give it a bootfull, I fear it would unleash like the DET in the dry :-?. But hey, this is good news for you.
