imho i think the lazy eye look just makes it look like ur headlights are broken and stupid. the point of pop up head lights is to make the car more areo dynamic and if the remain slightly up it causes drag.

but everyone to their own i guess

Not the most usefull reply ever  .

You can do it a few ways.
The easiest/cheapest uses switches that you wire into your fuse/relay box, this video shows more (in Japanese) but it's not exactly rocket science.

Pivot make a sleepy eye headlight controller, which is quite neat and has a little dial on it which you use to control your headlight height.
I can probably get them here in Japan easily although I've never looked into it before :).

No Pivot is the brand, it's a complete controller.
If you are doing what that guy is doing just buy normal on off switches for a couple of cents each at jaycar.

PM 'whyte', he can make you up a kit or can even do it for you for a fee...cheaply.

And it works, with a switch in-cabin and all.

Lazy eyes is when the Lights on the 180SX are at half hieght. You can do this by a Switch either custom made. You can also pick kits up off US Ebay.
