Cost will vary a lot with which products you use when replacing fluids etc, theres no need to touch any ignition stuff (other than re-gapping/replacing the spark plugs..) unless you start having problems with it..

Engine/gear/diff oils as well as coolant are really easy to do yourself provided you put the correct volume back in (and use correct oil if its LSD equipped). As for brake/clutch/powersteering fluids, again you won't need to change them unless you're noticing problems with them..

ok, another thing,
Im looking at some 180sx next week.

but im wanting to put a sound system, and wanting to know do the headlights dim in these cars with 2 x 12" subs?

My mate has a single 12" in his and trust me, youre not going to need two. One of them is enough to get annoying REALLY fast.

Theres not a whole lot of material between you and the sub to require the extra power of twin subs.

Personally Im looking at a single 10, or maybe even an 8. the boot is small enough as it is without a bloody massive sub in there too.

well i have a 12 in the rolla i have atm

1300watt sub and a 1,000 watt amp..
@ peak obviously..

but its not just doing it for me anymore :D

so i want 2 x 12's

also, wanting to look closer at a 180sx.. so if anyone is from wollongong, or is down wollongong way and doesn't mind meeting up and showing it off to me? :P you can contact me on 0422052004
