Some Azzhole drove into me yesterday and then tryed to make a getaway!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Az mad as a hornet I chased after him telling him to pull over but he wouldnt, and continued to follow him.

I finally went to the cops and they gave me his details and address.

I'm still so pissed off, to the point where i',m gonna go F%#K him up!

the damage is on the drivers side door, and a little dent in the quarter panel.

cops aint doing anything...but i knew that..
insurance aint doing anything...thought so.

so it looks like its crunch time... the first visit will be peacefull, and will have a quote on the repairs...

then it will be paully and the boys from punchbowl, u guys are welcome to come along...for the fury

3 lane highway(pacific hwy before chatswood)

pissing down rain and im in the lane closest to the gutter, and out of know where, this prick just drives into my door, as he was trying to zip in and out of traffic. HE KNEW HE DID IT! and WAS IN THE WRONG!

i go to pull over and i see him flying past to get away. the guy must have sh$t for brains trying to get away in a red ford.

trying to get away is what pissed me off the most. errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

so then i follow him for ages trying to get him to pull over...yet he did not!

when someone totalled my silvia door, i was pissed off. pity i never found out who did it

im glad you know tho. go find a whitness if you can (pretty hard) but that will give you leverage when you get some cash out of him

Do you have insurance man? if so ring them up. if theyre insurance company wont do anything keep harrassing them. get photos of your car (and if u can do the sly, his too) draw a diagram of what happened and send it to them. If nothing further happens im sure theres a obudsman sorta thing for insurance comapnies, try and ring them. if all else fails... yeh you know what to do

Similar thing happened to me about a month ago, guy took off too. I wrote down his plate and sat tight till the cops got there.
I called him once his details were released to me and he was abusive and said he had no insurance (i dont either), so its gonna be the long process of court with this guy..
If you have insurance its not a problem, pay the excess and get it fixed then the insurance co chases him up and you get your excess back.

yeah, go for all legal avenues, and go to his place and see if you can snag a photo of the damage on his car before he changes panels or whatever.
