Im going to get all my bushes replaced and i was wondering how much this costs... for the bushes + labour ?
also how many bushes are there on a 180.. theres a fair few apparently..
also if anyone could recommend any places to get this done

I think Gunmetal just had alot of his bushes replaced, cost around $200 with labour.

Bushes are little rubber bits that sit between the joints of suspension parts to soften shocks through them etc. Have a look at any car they will have them

For all the bushes as he stated above it would cost alot more than this. I bought polyurethane castor rod bushes for $85, and installed myself so just the cost of all the bushes would exceed $200.

Hey

The bushes I had done were only the front caster bushes, nolathane ones, $240

Id dread to think what a whole would set cost.......

is there much of a dif in comfort between the rubber bushes and the urethene (spelling) ones?

did you contact the guys at shockobservers..
???

if not then just get revrite to fit em for ya. though i'm not sure if they do that type of work..

Yeh. The urathane bushes are harder, therefore a slightly harsher ride. Nothing too drastic though, and remember, you are driving a sports car- comfort takes a backseat!

Reason they are harder is so they dont flex like default rubber ones, which makes the steering/suspension geometry stay put. They also will last longer than rubber ones.
