Pry off the speaker grills. The rest should pretty much be self-explainatory.

i pryed the grill of one side
and it was screwed on to something

There are 2 screws holding the grill down, then there is 4 bolts holding the speakers in, pretty easy, but time consuming, if you want help fire me a PM and I can give you a hand...
