Hey All,

As some of you might know Phil and I recently exchanged cars and I have begun the renovations on the bruised bannana... With some great help on deck the progress is coming along quickly with help from all the boys at Northern Beaches Performance and Stuart and Mitch for there on going support to the project.

Parts sourced and fitted:

-Bodykit courtesy of Avi from http://www.jap.com.au this included Vertex side skirts, Vertex rear bar, Vertex sideskirts, 50mm Widebody rear guards and 30mm Wide vented from guards.

-Cusco 7 Point Roll Cage sourced from 3AM (billy) silviansw.com and was said to be for a Non-Sunroof model but it did fit without an issue.

Here is some pics of the progress so far:

Hopefully will have some more updates over the weekend so I will keep you all posted as to the progress, and can then get some time to come out on a cruise with you all :)

Those rims look like my old ones, they aren't 16x8 and 16x9 Manarays are they?

good to see the cage fit nice

maybe its just the retracting style sunroofs that cause fitment issues.

I saw you at the lights at Manly Vale KFC last Saturday and thought how skinny the wheels looked and how the car reminded of PhilB's old ride :lol:Now it makes sense

Yeah there your old rims  I picked them up off Dumhed and have happily restored them, now they are awaiting another car for me to put them on...

DRFTD: Car is looking really good 8) !!! and I know your future plans will be even better than I ever intended. Will it be available for hire around the 10th of Dec? LOL

Hey nissanpower, the fitment of the kit was OK, as usual with copied bodykits the fitment was not 100% but the 1/4 panels went on pretty easilly and lined up very well...

Hey Billy, Yeah I would say that is probably the issue... Thanks again!

Hey blacksx, Got details of some of the next mods coming shortly, as for the colour it looks like I will be going along with one of the new BMW factory colours Kalahara Beige with a black roof or something along those lines. Should be different at least! :D
