hey all. i have stuffed my motor its a CA18DET and i was wondering what advice u guys can give me.

i want to buy another motor and i cant afford a SR20.

i was thinkn of a RB20 or just getting a CA again.

if i went for the RB what else would i need 2 change.

and what price am i looking for both of these motors

after bout 12 dounuts the motor f!@ked up

yep, lots of revs for a long time with no airflow to the intercooler will do that...

if you want a more accurate quote then prolly ring them up and ask.
i don;t know hills motorsport details but for revrite its

www.revriteperformance.com
they do the blue slip and arrange for an engineer if need be.
they shoul dbe able to give you a more accurate pricing and to what parts you need for the conversion.

just drop them an email or call them
they are at silverwatter.

I'm actually going there this arvo to pick my car up..

If you want to put a rb20 into it justjap are doing them from $4990 not sure what that includes but you will need a blue slip for it and as for parts i think l-plater done it so search the member list for him and ask him
