When I trial fitted my 4 pot calipers both sets of wheels I have would not fit as the inside of the spokes touched the calipers. Time for some wheel spacers, 15mm will do the job so I searched my drift mag for the cheapest spacers and ordered a pair. I'm totally against spending time/money on bling and rice that generally make a car look worse, money should be spent on going fast  Imagine my horror when I opened the box to be faced with this:

Anodising is on a par with under car lighting :-? Maybe I should paint them black or something

Maybe its a slippery slope, I'll be buying them brembo caliper covers, an exhaust spinner and neons next.....cue puke sound.......

bolt on spacers aren't rice,no matter what colour they are. fake brake discs are rice. spacers are functional.

I agree with fergo. Anodised spacers aren't rice at all.

Do they not sell the hubcentric spacers over in Japan? Most jap spacers don't have the hubcentric rings built into them

As you mention all the spacers I've seen over there just rely on the nut tapers to keep the wheels centered.

Maybe I'll keep the blue then, just put them on in the dark  8)

My hobby when I lived in the UK was RC planes and helicopters. Heli boys are the worst, they have to buy anything with anodising on just because it looks "cool". You could even buy anodised fuel can caps in about 7 different colours! I avoided it like the plague, I guess that is where my dislike of coloured anodising comes from

Right, off outside in the rain now to try and get the two siezed pistons out of my new calipers

Cheers,
Rich
