Hi guys, just wondering i have got oil pressure and temp gages where is the best place for the senders to go on the SR and could you give me a walk through of how to install the senders and where to get the parts/adapters to suit.Cheers. |

Help us out by telling us what brand of gauges you have, and whether they are electrical or mechanical? Most brands of gauges include the senders with the gauge. |

oil pressure - put a T piece in where the standard oil pressure sender light goes, for oil temp fit a sandwich plate between the filter and housing and tap into that for the temp. Cheers, Rich |

I bought a sandwitch plate from JustJap and all it did was leak. It might be worth getting a quality one if you're planning on doing this... |

I had the same problem, with the JustJap unit. You'll find that the provided bungs are not actually the correct size. A quick trip to Pirtek and about $5 will see it working perfectly though Also call them back and let them know, I got a $15 credit. |
