are the lights supposed to come up?

also when u use high beam temporarily (pulling stalk towards urself)
does it jus come up and go down again after u let go?

With Onevias though depending on the wiring, when you go to flash your high beams, the lights may stay down but still turn on. All depends on the wiring.
